  We had a wonderful experience at Haogoromoya, The kimono selection was beautiful, and the entire experience made us feel like we were truly immersed in traditional Japanese culture. The staff were friendly, accommodating, very good at english and helpful throughout the session, making us feel comfortable in front of the camera.

The photos turned out amazing and will definitely be one of our favorite souvenirs from our trip to Kyoto
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto who wants to experience wearing a traditional kimono. My wife and I enjoyed our experience!

  An absolute highlight of our trip to Kyoto! I cannot recommend this kimono experience enough. The kimonos are gorgeous, intricate, and of exceptionally high quality. I booked this for my mother and myself, and the entire team made us feel so special and welcome from the moment we walked in. A huge thank you to our lovely photographer, Satsuki, for her warm energy, and to the incredible dressers, hair, and makeup ladies. Everyone was so friendly and professional, keeping everything perfectly structured while making us feel entirely comfortable. The stunning photos speak for themselves.   He hecho una sesión de fotos con Satsuki con armadura samurai. Tanto ella como sus ayudantes son muy profesionales y te ayudan en todo, a vestirte, a elegir las poses y en todo lo que necesites. Son muy simpáticos y acogedores! Puedes ver los resultados de las fotos al finalizar la sesión, las cuales son de gran calidad.

  Had an amazing experience with them! The team was super welcoming and really helped us pick out kimonos that suited us best. The attention to detail during the fitting was very impressive. The photo session with Satsuki-san was so much fun—she was incredibly cool, knew all the best local spots, and made the whole thing feel totally effortless. The photos came out stunning. 10/10!

  I had a great time here. Never done a photoshoot before so they were really helpful with the poses and what to do. Overall really happy with the two photos I chose for custom background. Editing in these details as I didn't see where to type it in leaving a review on mobile :)

  I had the best time! I wish I could give more stars! I had such a fun time-the staff really took the time to personalize the photo shoot for us, from the kimonos we wore, the hair and makeup and the photos we took. They made the whole experience fun, relaxing and just amazing. I loved the kimonos-they were all beautiful and so intricate! You could tell that they really wanted us to wear them properly and have both the kimonos and us look good in the pictures! Highly recommend this place!!

  Mi marido y yo hemos tenido una experiencia inolvidable con el equipo de Hagoromoya. El equipo es muy profesional y se nota que les gusta lo que hacen. Nos entendimos perfectamente en inglés y disfrutamos mucho el día. Quedé encantada con la peluquería y el maquillaje, y también con las prendas, que son de alta calidad.
