- When will reservations be available
- Reservations are available from one month prior to the photo shoot until 5:00 p.m. on the day before.
- How can I choose a costume?
- You can choose from a wide selection of costumes at our studio.
- What payment methods are available?
- Payment will be made by credit card on the day of the shoot.
- Are hair styling and dressing included in the plan?
- The hairstyle will be done using a wig. Styling with your natural hair is available as an additional option.
- How long does it take to receive the data and album?
- The data will be delivered on the same day.
The album will be shipped from Japan within 60 days.
- Are we allowed to take photos by ourselves?
- Yes, there will be a 5-minute self-shooting time.
- What time should I arrive on the day of the experience?
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances, please make sure to contact us. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled or your experience time may be adjusted.
- About the Cancellation Fee
- 50% cancellation fee applies 3 days before, and 100% cancellation fee applies the day before.
- Can I participate without a reservation?
- Our experience is primarily by reservation only. However, if there are available slots, same-day bookings may be possible. Please be sure to contact us in advance so we can check availability and provide you with the available time slots.
- Is there an age limit?
- The experience is available for anyone aged 3 and above. Many families visit us across three generations.
- Is it acceptable to wear my own makeup before the appointment?
- Yes, certainly. You are welcome to arrive with your own makeup applied. Our professional makeup artists will enhance it with additional makeup suitable for the photoshoot.
Please kindly note that we do not offer makeup removal services after the session, so we ask that you remove your makeup by yourself.
- Do you have kimonos in bigger sizes?
- We can accommodate up to 190 cm in height and 140 cm in body width.
- What should I do if I want to make a reservation for more than 5 people?
- For groups of up to 4 people, please make a reservation through the booking page. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us directly.
